The story behind Yoga Rocket Rave
Yoga Rocket Rave started with a conversation after practice — when Lana kept telling Kara how much she loved sober morning raves and wondered: why not combine that energy with yoga?
We both love the deep, serious side of yoga, but we also love when movement becomes sweaty, joyful, loud and a little extra.
So we created Yoga Rocket Rave — a space where yoga, music, creativity and connection come together.
Every edition takes place in a new location and brings a new adventure. We can’t wait to share it with you.
Yoga Rocket Rave at Zen Den Yoga Prague
Our first Yoga Rocket Rave edition — a fiery yoga journey glowing in neon red lights beneath a neon sky.
We brought beats, glitter and our signature Rocket I sequence together for a night that got everyone ready to party afterwards.
Coffee Yoga Rocket Rave at Gabriel Loci
A special Yoga Rocket Rave edition created in collaboration with Gabriel Loci and Version Coffee.
We brought our Rocket II sequence to the beautiful Garden of Eden, followed by coffee, matcha, pastries and, of course — a lot of glitter.
